And now the old hierarchy of alpha and beta,in which the highest ranking alpha runs the show,isn’t operative anymore.even alpha men with great negotiating power and people management skill fails when it comes to balancing power at home.and alpha women aren’t ready to appease him anymore.

the definition of beta men has also changed over the past decade.”The beta man is no longer a guy assumed to be gay if he likes yoga,dresses well or is a vegan”.he is dependable, responsive and supportive.he admires strong women.This quiet, intense beta man is the new macho for the modern woman because his sense of identity and success is not dependent on the level of success achieved by his wife.

A man who makes you laugh,isn’t threatened by your pisition of power is far more appealing to today’s wowen.
